CANCELLATION POLICY -
EXISTING ACCOUNTS:
You (The Customer), is responsible for notifying EHD of your
intension to terminate or cancel your account NO LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF CANCELLATION.
Please note that by failing to provide us with proper notice,
charges will continue to accrue until your notification
to EHD is received and processed.
All existing fees must be paid and/or balances cleared before any cancellation
will be effective.
All accounts more that 15 days late will be canceled if prior written arrangements
are not made with the billing department.
To cancel service, you must notify EHD by doing any ONE of the following:
1. faxing a signed cancellation request to (609) 265-2011
2. sending a signed cancellation request via regular mail

Be sure to include your domain
name and phone number with any correspondence
that you send to EHD.
NEW ACCOUNTS (are considered less than 30-day
old accounts):
You may terminate your Shared Hosting Services at any time prior
to the end of the first thirty (30) days of the Initial Term
of your hosting plan.
You are entitled to a refund of only the hosting fees you
paid in advance for the term, not including any setup
fees. If you signed up
during a promotional period without paying a setup fee, the free setup fee
will no longer apply. Your account will be charged the normal setup fee for
the particular account at the time of cancellation.
Your termination request or notice must be submitted to EHD in the manner
described above and in the Terms and Conditions specified.
